What I have learned from running….
Running is not just for exercise,
But rather an expression of the mind and of the heart.
There’s a level of clairty that running brings -
From the continuious repitition of hitting the ground.
There’s one thing I am certain holds all runners,
Is the desire to never give up.

Today my clients:
✅ Sign up for the races they WANT to race in, with confidence in their bodies
✅ Participate in high-impact exercise: leak AND pain-free
✅ Keep the weight they worked so hard to get off, actually stay off without fear or injury
✅ Enjoy the mental high of running WITHOUT pain or pads
Now it’s YOUR turn

Running is more than just exercise - it’s a lifestyle. Whether you are running to be healthy, train for a marathon, or you just want some alone time for your mental health…you are in the right place!
Maybe it seems inevitable that running will eventually cause bladder issues or pain, but with the RIGHT guidence + tools you CAN figure out how to run with EASE and not wonder if you’ll have to stop. When you are ready, I will be here with you every step of the way….
My Process
-
Step 1. RESTORE
First our goal will be to restore normal flexibility of your muscles. This will include assessing: your rib cage, pelvis, hips, AND feet because they all need to move well together.
-
Step 2. REBUILD
Next, we will work on isolating the strength needed to be able to have a good absorption when you land, and recoil when you push off. Proper strength + coordination of your core, hips, and foot will ensure your stide is strong.
-
Step 3. RETURN
Lastly, we will spend time putting the new flexibility and strength together in a functional way! Here I will teach you how to push, pull, lift, and run. Because if you can do all of that without issues….what can’t you do??
